My next 'big' vehicle purchase, budget permitting, will be a Mitsubishi
Fuso cabover 4x4...  Here's a typical one that's had a camper body put on
the back:

They come in cargo van and flatbed varieties. In British Columbia you can
import Japanese right hand drive models that are 15 years old (with around
85,000 to 100,000 km on them) for a very reasonable price. Not available
for you Americans!
