I think the NTSB thing was very much time compressed and probably not quite as 
adversarial. 
I do remember the left engine issue and the bird parts they recovered from it 
proving it was not operational.
I think I did not dig in as much as they portrayed.   If so I think there would 
have been much more damage.  I always visualized that  he greased it in.  He 
was a sailplane pilot.

Yep, I liked the technical accuracy.  And I have no idea whether the NTSB was 
accurately portrayed.  I'm leaning toward dramatic license, but I just don't 
know.

And I agree - I thought the nose dug into the water a little more than it 
should have.  But what do I know about landing an Airbus on water???  I had 
enough trouble with my ILS approaches this afternoon.
