I butted heads with Patrick a few times, but i'm much more ok with him now. I'd buy him a beer. In his sales/marketing roles he had / has to be an advocate for his product. Like it or not, agree or disagree, but he is good at that job.
That observium guy might actually have had valid points, but he failed to state his case in a constructive way.
