I think the linksys smart wifi routers all have this feature.. Basically I think it allows you to bind mac address to ip and enforce time slots for Internet use.
So after 10pm you can lock all the kids devices down. That said I really hate linksys consumer grade stuff here lately.. had too many problems. I do not know if zyxel or netgear offer similar functions.
