Do you need single TCP/IP streams that exceed 200-300 Mbps?  This would
ordinarily be much more easily accomplished (and without vendor-specific
proprietary microwave aggregation weirdness) using a router on each end,
and in an example with two parallel separate microwave links, two separate
OSPF router-to-router links (using 2 interfaces on each side) at equal OSPF
cost.
