Empty 2" conduit by the way, with a string.
I could use the string to pull in a mule tape or a rope, and maybe I
could use a capstan to pull the fiber. I don't have a tension limited
winch, and I'm not sure if that could be done by hand.
I've done 700' by hand....and it wasn't easy.
