VoIP Innovations has a public ticket this morning saying there are problems
with DIDs on the Level3 network, but most of ours are on Level3 and we don't
seem to be having problems.

Looks like level 3 is out across the country?  I am seeing tweets all across
the country.  We are down on inbound level 3 sip, anyone else?
