I haven't seen a provisioning system like that for UBNT. I toyed with the idea of making one, then got semi serious about it. Two days later I got wind of a German company making one and UBNT alpha or beta testing an AirControl replacement, so I stopped.
If I were to do it now, I would script it in ansible and maybe slap a front end on. Provisioning only though.
