We use opengear. Really good stuff. It even logs the console. Cellular, wireless etc etc.. too many features to mention here. Little pricey.

It's the cheapest solution that you will find. Get-Console has a 'cloud server' that we host in EC2 that tunnels the consoles to the server. You don't have to have a public routable IP on Verizon for this (which costs $500) to work properly. Other than some minor support issues (the company is located in NZ), everything is working pretty smoothly.
