but I assume that BTI and Infinera were orders of magnitude more expensive?

That’s kinda funny, kinda concerning :)

I just tried to do more business with them recently and got “put off” by them.
We were buying a lot of our MTP/MPO cables from them, which was a pretty good
experience.

Then recently I tried to figure out DWDM options with them (based on feedback
from the list here actually) … that was pretty much a disaster and since I
haven’t placed a single order with them (ended up finding a local supplier with
better pricing/quality for the MTP/MPO cables anyways).

Everything I asked them had to be ran back via China headquarters, nobody was
able to jump onto a phone call, or setup a meeting (I offered to fly to China
to meet and discuss some of our projects and they declined). Compare this to
BTI and/or Infinera and it was a completely positive experience…. BTI and
Infinera took about 3 business days to provide a complete solution and quote -
FS took almost a month and I ended up with a quote and part of the solution …

I've been doing a fork lift upgrade at the noc which has included several

that I'm "coming so fast" with my orders, thought someone would get a laugh?
