Well.... McMullan is arguably better than the other two.

Yeah...I reread that part in the constitution just now. It does say the top 3.

If I understand the system right, if there's no majority, congress has to
pick from the candidates with the top three most electoral votes (and there
would only be three in that scenario)

... my guess is that, in that case (depending on what the new congress looks
like), there would be a pretty good chance of ending up with Hillary anyway,
but there would be a slight chance they'd all compromise on McMullin.

If anyone thinks our Congress is capable of making a non-crazy
altrnative, I have a bridge I want to sell you.

Trump can rally a little bit and get back to being tied with Clinton. Then we
can have a split, no majority for anyone, and Congress can pick a non-awful
president.

I think he has more presidential qualifications than Trump does.
And if my a miracle we can prevent 270 for Hillary then the House of
Representatives get to pick the president.
And I doubt they will pick Trump. So in that respect, Utah is saving
the nation...

Utah doesn't have enough bad marks already?? Now they will vote for a
nobody, and truly look like they are crazy. LOL
