They were just officially released, so it depends on your definition of reliable.
FWIW, I've had one of these pushing multiple 10G links for ~6 mo now with no issues to speak of. That said, if your definition of stable is "cisco 10 years ago", then no.. it's impossible to tell with them just being released.
