Dang that is not good.  I generally don't work on the wireless side but you'd 
think we'd be able to set the customer height.  Around here many people have 
48ft and in some cases 60ft towers for TV that we use.  It makes a lot of 
difference.

Are you talking about the path profile tool?  Pretty sure that 20 foot is a
default for all customers.
