I was confused on which partner you were. She talked about someone who gave her $3K and rent for a year and then two who gave her something like $25K each for half. Do you mind telling us which you were? I was surprised she had already given up so much but if you need the money you need it. Even the money in the bank is worthless for earnings, cash is still king when you just have to have it.
