Anyone want to share your standard craigslist / want ad text you use when looking for an installer, occasional tower climber ? I need to try and get two new guys trained up and running on their own with site surveys and installs in the next month or two. Before now word of mouth and personal references lead us to helpers but I need to move beyond that .
