[AFMUG] Refurb Cell Phones

I was just poking around the Ebay looking at Cell phones, And I found 
lots of guy's that are selling used/refurbished Edge7 phones. The phone 
has only been out 8 months.  How are there 1000's of units in the used 
channel already?
