Well, my WISP is different as I have bandwidth, colo and roof space all with the same company. However, bandwidth other places is the cost of the bandwidth at the data center + any cross connects needed + transport to you if needed.
IE: 1G is $1k regardless of where it goes. If you need a cross connect, that's $350. If you need transport, that's another $1,500. There would be three line items in that service if all from the same company.
