I just heard the part about "pillow over the face" and "heart attack" and I thought about was documented methods the CIA has revealed to use to cause heart attacks.
(here we go with the reddit shit again...) A few weeks ago on reddit there was a post about the infamous "cia heart attack gun". I had about this before, long ago, but wasn't sure how much stock I put into it (gun... stock... heh). So, there were a coupled of people that debunked the likelihood that it was likely real at all, but what several people did come up with were known chemicals that would induce a heart attack. It was pretty fascinating. There's tons of chemicals that can be used to induce a heart attack that would be completely masked by the time the autopsy occurred by the heart attack itself. Some of these were types of potassium. Well, as it turns out, during a heart attack your body is flooded with potassium that would completely mask these methods of assassination. So, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he was assassinated and the family threatened to cover it up. Who would have had something to gain from this? I'd imagine quite a few.
