I have seen M series do this under heavy load.  I usually take it as an
indicator that it is time for an upgrade.  Is it an AP or a BH?  Are there
more than 30 clients on it?  If it is a backhaul, how much bandwidth is it
pushing at peak time?  Is it at peak time when the pings start dropping?
