That part of the process was not my problem.  My problem was shells sticking to 
the egg like they were glued on.  I could crack them up in a glass or roll them 
or do anything but if the egg adhered to the shell, I was picking off little 
shards of shell and frequently ruining the egg in the process.

I do this trick, it works perfectly...you can even do about a dozen eggs in 
tupperware with the same methodology in less than 30 seconds.

    Just peeled about 2 dzn eggs.  Seemed like when I was a kid we put vinegar 
in the water to help the shells slough off.  But trying the same trick today 
seems like  the shells are super glued to the egg.   Anybody got a good method?
