Yes, from a statewide land trust. It wasn't bad, just they almost completely define the terms in that case.
I was able to change a few things in a sit-down negotiation with the manager. They had contracts in place with wording for large cell companies, so I had to explain that I didn't have 1M income on the tower and building, lol! They were aware of that because they were just going to demolish the site anyways.
