Ask your ISP.  Or log into your router.  I don’t think subnet and gateway are 
discoverable via the same resources that tell you the public IP address.

 

Generally if someone is asking this question, they are confused or up to no 
good, if the IP address is being assigned via DHCP or PPPoE.
