[AFMUG] Mimosa Ptmp Rate Limiting

I'm having some issues getting rate limiting to work correctly.  The speeds
I'm getting are much lower than what they should be, but if I login via
PPPoE they are wide open.  Anyone using the built-in rate limiting?
