Please contact us to see if we can help with them. There is a “POE OFF”
switch, surprised how many people get it turned off and can’t find it ☺ As far
as logging into a AIRGateway, its just a bridge, so should not be ANYTHING.
Its not a router, just a dumb bridge, get DHCP from your CPE, and login that’s
it ☺

Subject: Re: [AFMUG] Linktechs POE

We bought two.

One doesn't power on and the second turns on but I can't get it to work. Not
able to login to our cpe like we do with airgateway. Also not able to configure
it using their instructions.

I need to call them and get help or send them back.

Right, and you can - that's the point of it. You just have to use a good
battery pack.

The idea was to power both the gateway and the installation radio from the same
battery and use the wifi for a tetherless connection.

Need a decent battery that can supply 2.5+A.

Anker makes some good ones.

Wait, why were you trying to power multiple things off of one? It's made for
radio alignment / installation.
