Slot 0 and pos 0 for the relay in the base itself is correct. For the
Base-II, "Cycle procedure" is the polarity of the 'value' column for
that slot/pos. To toggle the base relay, reverse it, 1 and then 0.
Because the normally closed position on that relay = 0. Simply click on
the edit icon (pencil) and put 1 in the popup box and it reverses it.
The Base-I is similar, just different naming and obviously you have to
use the SiteMonitor Manager Windows app.
