I have been seeing this problem for several months now. My solution has been to have two PC's in the office with different versions of CNUT on them. Cambium still has CNUT on the website under archived version of 4.8.1 and I use that on the PC that upgrades SMS from 13.x to 14.1.1. Then once I have an SM updated I move over to another PC which has latest CNUT version 4.10.4 and I do the upgrade there to 14.2.1. Not sure why this has to be done but I am noticing it on everything from AP's to SM's all frequency bands.
