The links are in the middle of no-where....
They are for the South Florida Water Management Dept.
for connecting three sites together.

Considering the cost differential on 4ft dish vs 2ft dishes and the structural 
/ labor involved in mounting them, I think someone is maximizing their pocket 
book return... I cannot come up with any technical reason ....

But.. what would I know... :)
