Is that the grounding gland same as on the LPU kits we used to use for PTP400/500/600? Look in your junk pile and you might have a bunch of those glands that came with the LPU kits. I installed most of them indoors or in cabinets and didnt use the premade jumpers with glands that came with them.

Glad those worked for you too. Took me like 3 hours of scouring catalogs to find those. I was initially searching for a plastic PG16, but you have to have the short base threads like Cambium's version or it will run into the circuit board on a 450i. Not sure about 450m, but I'm guessing it's similar.
