So the west side of Knoxville has no internet and it's full of multi million dollar houses that are already clients begging for service so I'm getting dragged back into the wisp world..
I really just need to know the head end laws for taxes, did I hear wisps have to register as a clec now?. And what is that form called you need to fill out with the coverage area? Thanks,
