Ummm, isn't this why people invented software based spreadsheets (Visicalc,
Excel, etc)?

Make a sheet that has columns for description, manufacturer, model, vendor,
vendor sku, quantity and unit price.

Fill in the details in those columns of each piece that goes in the POP.

Sum it all up in a subtotal.

Spreadsheet list = BOM.
