We just switched to Ontheclock.com because of its integration with QB
Enterprise. It has a couple of the features you mention but we don't use
them so I couldn't speak to how good they are. It has a mobile APP which
will note the GPS of clock events and is pretty cheap and simple to use.
Again, I can't speak for how well it impliments the features you want.
