Comes down to cost. For very similar patterns and antenna gain, UBNT is releasing an option with a radio and antenna sold as a kit. For more than twice the price of that kit, you can buy an equivalent RF Elements antenna and twistport adapter. Not a big deal if you're deploying 5, but if you're deploying dozens / hundreds, it adds up fast.
