I really like to see grounding studs to fit a readily available lug size
and spacing if I have to supply the lugs:

Or sizes I can readily pick up from the local Graybar branch.
But if you include some lugs then it wouldn't matter to me. If it's a
weird size or spacing I have to special order somewhere then that's
annoying.
