For testing purposes....

Considering using the Traffic Generator vs the BW Test tool. (look at the MT 
wiki for instructions).
With CCR1009, pay attention to which ports you are connecting to.. due to the 
switch chip in there, not all ports have 1g connection to the CPU.

Avoid, bridge ports, change the default interface queue to ethernet-defaut
you can also get more information out of the AF24, by connecting to them via 
ssh/telnet and issuing emacstat command..

I am not sure about the Edgepoint or 16SG, if they provide enhanced ethernet 
stats. (We like the netonix cause they show a lot more details of ethernet 
stats, the MT will also do that when you look at the ethernet stats via CLI)

All of these should be able to help you find the issue.
