Exactly.

I am seeing a lot of unmarked white vans leased from Enterprise. But sometimes
just some random guy in a random car. I think the Enterprise vans may be Phase
2, with drones being Phase 3? In Phase 4, will they just put it in the
Transporter and beam it to us? Or maybe everything will be virtual by then,
and we won’t need physical items delivered.

Amazon has their own delivery service. Well, and there are dozens if not
hundreds of last-mile delivery services out there.

At a glance Amazon seems more expensive than any vendor I use.

Everything I get is UPS except CTI, which is sometimes Fedex when they don't
honor my UPS request. I don't know what random dude is delivering in your area
but it's only those two for my address.

Seems like availability would be the bigger issue, not whether the price is
$69.95 vs $69.85. Who has it in stock? That’s a constant concern with
Ubiquiti (and Mikrotik). The advantage to Amazon (and sellers on the Amazon
marketplace) may be if they have stock on a regular basis or in an emergency.

Also what warehouse does it ship from, and will the UPS guy bring it, or some
random guy in his car? It’s one thing if I’m ordering socks for delivery to my
house, but we’re running a business here. There are some advantages to having
stuff come UPS or FedEx.
