Also, this one that I just posted is an over-the-shoulder strap.  I found
that I like it better once I got used to it.  It isn't as hard on the
hips.  I don't have enough meat on my bones and the tool belt would rub me
raw sometimes.  I saw a guy using one with a shoulder strap and had to try
it out.  Works like a champ!
