I know lents not over, but Jesus (Mexican fella down on the corner who had
some tamales) said it was ok.
This is a real world scenario, powercode specific. An install was scheduled
for a customer and completed, when install tech was adding email to the
account, it flagged existing, he removed it from the existing account and
added it to the new one, we archived the old duplicate account.
It turned out the duplicate account was where the contract was saved. We
can move the file, no biggee. My personal opinion, based on historical
precedence is this was a customer service ploy to get the comission.
Question is with sever plus, if this is specifically defined, as it
currently is here (no schedule without attached contract and billing info)
can we expect 100 percent reliability?
