attention to the 10/100/1000. There are 1G only copper RJ45 SFPs.
Baltic/Maxxwave being one. The MikroTik S-RJ01 is 10/100/1000. Pretty
sure it's identical to the one from FiberStore. All depends on the SFP
slot you put it in. Some won't work at 100, 1G only, including
MikroTik's own stuff. I know they work at 100FDX in all of the SFP slots
on a CCR1016-12S-1S+ (obviously not the SFP+ slot). Tried some in a
Planet MGSW-28240F. Did not work. That was before they fixed the
software to support 100Base SFPs though. The pessimist in me says it
probably still doesn't work.
