Yes, we did a neighborhood about two years ago that was Comcast. The surprising thing to me was the higher number of people just 'switching' their Comcast $80+ bill to our $70 GigE rate plan. No questions asked, they still saw it as a flat rate reduction and applied for that rate instead of our 100Mbps $50 plan.
