I think I am ready to purchase a /21 IPv4. What are some recent experiences with this on best broker/place/URL to buy and price per IP?
Is there any advantage in trying to do some sort of group buy on here with other ISPs? Or is this something that is hard to break up within ARIN after auction because of transfer fees etc?
