Well, the guy that I mentioned earlier is no longer an issue. He decided, on his own, to climb a customer tower without training, proper equipment, or instruction yesterday. Had to let him go. Apparently, the instructions of: "Nobody climbs towers except me and Chris" was unclear. So.... Anyone looking for a job in central TX?
