It will be missing the BGP information, which you can re-assemble via 
pmacct/nfacct. I haven't done it, so I don't know how. Well, other than the 
basics of you peer it to your BGP router so it can fill in the blanks. It 
doesn't have a pretty interface, but it should be functional.

Been a while since I've had to do anything like this, but I want to 
take a flow from Mikrotik and dump it to a collector to analyze 
traffic. Seem that ntop is now a paid program. Any good open source
