The SM's are hanging for ~ 60 seconds when you attempt to login (data
appears to pass, just management) due to Accounts > User Authentication
And Access Tracking > User Authentication Mode being set to remote then
local. Setting this to Local resolves the issue for us. The same setting
in 14.x and 13.x does not result in any ~60 second hang. We use local
auth but apparently in 15.1 something changed causing the remote auth to
have a timeout even if you're not using radius. Cambium is investigating.
