Definitely time to shop around. When I got this, it was one of those 'get a line of credit with us, we're waiving the application fee and the first year fee, and it's 4% for the first two years, with a $175/year fee after the first year' type of offer.... I.E. get you in the door, get you used to using it, then raise the interest rate after you've hopefully forgotten they were going to.
