I had a contractor pour 30 yard base for me for a 160 foot American Tower
and he charged $7,000 for the concrete and labor. At the time the material
cost was about half that and I think he included the rebar but not sure. I
think your quote is high unless the "clearing" is a lot of heavily
wooded/hard to get to area. If its just open field then I think hes
charging way too much.
