It appears UBNT automatically upgraded our NVR and half bricked it. The NVR says the camera’s firmware is not compatible. The cameras have the latest firmware and the NVR says there is no update for its firmware.
We used to really like this system until it autodestructed itself (is that redundant?). Anyone use this system and know about an issue like this? I really do not want to have to try to fine a UBNT forum to figure out if the NVR can be fixed. Right now it is half bricked. With web browsers we can get into it and see the cameras but it is not recording.
