Thursday night a customer with a PTP600 lost connectivity even though both ends of the PTP600 appeared to be up and working normally, the link just wouldn’t transfer data to the customer. We went out this morning to investigate and found a bad Ethernet fitting at the customer end. In the meantime we went to the tower site to check the near side and and found the front cover of the PTP600 missing. Best we can tell the shock wave took the front cover off. Every one of the mounting bosses for the cover are broken off at the tip of the screw. Must have been an impressive blast. Mark
