Starting with zero experience, $17/hr. $18/hr after one year. Then, 50 cents per hour raise for A+, and I'll pay for the test. $1/hr for Network+, and I'll pay for the test. This does not include any tower work, other than the occasional ground guy helping me rope stuff up. I do not currently have any tower guys, that is me. I'd probably pay them $25-30/hr.
