I've received an inquiry to setup an automated attendant for a growing non-profit in our area. They take care of the vets. There basically is no office, just a network of volunteers.
I may not charge them anything but assuming this were a for-profit of a similar type, how would you bill this? I wish I could say I made it up :) Each menu option transfers to a different cell phone. I can set this up in our voip switch, no problem - but how would you bill it? Not even sure there are any "real" phones here, just transfers to cellphones Thanks.
