I've received an inquiry to setup an automated attendant for a growing 
non-profit in our area.  They take care of the vets.
There basically is no office, just a network of volunteers.

I may not charge them anything but assuming this were a for-profit of a similar 
type, how would you bill this?

For Veteran Services and Assessments, press 1
For events and volunteer services, press 2
To schedule the pickup of donations, press 3
To schedule the transportation for a vet, press 4
For grants, funding, or charitable giving, press 5
For Ordering merchandise, press 6
To reach management, press 9

Once hitting 9 there is - 

For the chief of operations, press 1
for the company financial manager, press 2
for the company executive officer, press 3
for the company project manager, press 4
for hte company general contractor, press 5


This is the script given to me by them.  I wish I could say I made it up :)

Each menu option transfers to a different cell phone.

I can set this up in our voip switch, no problem - but how would you bill it?

Not even sure there are any "real" phones here, just transfers to cellphones
