Good luck getting the customer to refuse since ComEd will charge $10/mo
for manual meter reading, even though they've been doing estimated
readings for, I don't know, 2-3 years now.
But wait, there's more! Even if you DO want it, you still pay an extra
$3/mo for this awesome new service that trashes the spectrum. Also for
that $3/mo, you get to be told that you're not green enough, you bad human.
Yet Exelon and ComEd don't have "enough" money to improve the grid or
their stations. So they need gov't money, which we don't have.
Oh but wait, you can buy your power from another "carrier" if you want.
What a crock of shit ponzi scheme.
